No Yearly Fees. No Monthly Fees. No Monthly Minimums. No Allotments.

1.GDS Generated Booking:

A fee is charged for each completed reservation.This is a percentage of the paid reservation total.

2. GDS Transaction Fee:

A GDS Fee is charged per booking (not per night). This fee is for all reservations generated through the GDS and IDS systems. This is not charged if the Guest cancels.

3. The Travel Agency:

The Travel Agency will expect 10% of the total reservation.

4. Travel Agent Payments:

We include the Automated processing system.Have your travel agent commissions processed on a single invoice at additional 1%. You submit only one payment for all the Travel Agents payments and all other fees to us,after you have updated and corrected your monthly statement.We then pay all the travel agents and all fees on your behalf. (You will have 5 days from the end of the month to correct your monthly statement).You can correct for no show/cancel/short stay/extend stay.

5.Web site Booking Engine :

No Setup Fee.
No fee for The Booking Engine.
No Monthly Fees.
No Service Fees.
No charge for reservations generated from your web site through your Web site Booking Engine

We will supply the Booking Engine link,
Your web designer may place this code anywhere on your site.

Note: For GDS/IDS Bookings

All percentages are computed on the Property's rates as booked by the customer for each night or period booked. This fee is billed only on actual stays and an invoice will be sent after the actual stay.
